摘要: Neuroendocrine and biochemical short-term effects of neuroleptic (NL) drugs blocking central peripheral dopaminergic (DA)1 adrenergic2 receptor systems have been investigated in many studies3,4. Although NL therapy often extends over years, there are only a few studies dealing with the variety neuroendocrine side after very long-term treatment5,6 striking differences reactivity tuberoinfundibular, nigrostriatal, mesolimbic mesocortical DA systems. We report several carried out to investigate treatment on serum levels prolactin (PRL), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), luteinizing (LH), norepinephrine (NE), Cortisol β-endorphine, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) homovanillic acid (HVA), PRL 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenylglycol (MHPG), changes alpha-adrenergic sensitivity, indicated growth (GH) release stimulation apomorphine respectively clonidine.
