摘要: Abstract The expression of Group C adenovirus tumor-specific transplantation antigenicity (TSTA) has been examined in rats using a variety type 5 (Ad-5) mutants. Transformation-defective I ElA mutants (other than Ad-5 hrl and hr2 ), II ElB mutants, N gene produced significantly lower TSTA or no when compared with levels induced by Ad-2 wild-type viruses. Two sub 304 ts 125, neither which possess lesions within the transforming sequences, high vivo .
