摘要: Abstract Six syngeneic rat cell lines transformed with isolated or clone left end fragments of adenovirus type 12 (Ad12) DNA were used in a study the Ad12-specific surface antigen. Cells Eco RI-C, Sal I-C, and Hin dIII-G Ad12 express E1a part complete E1b early regions. Two Acc I-H fragment-transformed contain only region. All these cells nuclear Cytotoxic antibodies raised against I-C cells, but fail to kill fragment. Immunofluorescence analysis shows that such antibodies, which stain expressing region, do not cells. fragment are also killed by secondary cytolytic T effective fragments. elicit any studied lines. The product shared all cytolic assays is absent from 18K protein. Since it has been shown other studies this protein associated cellular membrane, simplest interpretation data antigen
