摘要: Abstract Cadmium is very harmful to the environment and human beings because of its long lifetime. The toxicity cadmium as an industrial pollutant a food contaminant, one major components in cigarette smoke well known. can cause number lesions many organs, such kidney, lung, liver, brain, blood system. However, mechanism not yet clear. Also, it has been known carcinogen which indirectly caused inflammation-mediated hepatocarcinoma. In present study was demonstrated that glycoprotein (27 kDa) isolated from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis (GJE) protects BNL CL.2 cells expression inflammation-related factors stimulated by chloride (10 μM). Intracellular ROS intracellular Ca2+ using fluorescence, activities activator protein (AP)-1, cyclooxygenase (COX)-2, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-9, arachidonic acid (AA) immunoblot analysis or radioactivity were evaluated. results obtained this experiment indicated GJE (100 μg/mL) inhibits production ROS, mobilization. significantly suppressed inflammatory [expression AP-1 (c-Jun c-Fos), acid, COX-2, MMP-9]. Taken together, these findings suggest might be used for protection inflammation ion natural compounds.
