摘要: Rainbow trout semen cryopreserved 0.33, 5, 60 and 360 min after collection gave postthaw fertilization rates of 71.9, 68.4, 65.5 49.1% eyed eggs, respectively. The corresponding result obtained with chilled stored for 2 wk under oxygen was 96.9%. This suggests that the freezing rainbow should be done immediately collection.
