摘要: Abstract The process of freezing and thawing induces certain cellular damage in rainbow trout ( Oncorhynchus mykiss ) spermatozoa. We have previously demonstrated that after decreased fertility spermatozoa, is related to sublethal the plasma membrane. External cryoprotectants are known stabilize sperm cell membrane against such damage. In current study, we used a basic extender containing #6 Erdahl Graham 7% DMSO added egg yolk, BSA, soybean-protein complex (DanPro S760) singly various combinations. To assess effect these evaluated percentage cells with progressive motility, permeability propidium iodide (viability) exposure for 30 sec, 2, 5, 10 15 min. hypo-and isoosmotic solutions 300mOsm, vitro rate. Fertility trials were performed using 1.87 × 107 spermatozoa/egg. Some tested stabilizers increased viability, or reduced fragility thawing. Nevertheless quality improvements by “in vitro” tests do not always correlate high fertility. best protection terms resistance hypoosmotic shock was achieved when BSA yolk extender. highest rates obtained DanPro S760® alone combination BSA; use did improve this parameter. Our results some external effectively during thawing, but mixtures interfered fertilization. Soybean protein concentrate provided good cryopreserved
