摘要: The relationship between glutaraldehyde-treated polymeryzed human serum albumin (pHSA) and HBe antigen (HBeAg)-positive was examined by the use of a new enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). author succeeded in measuring pHSA binding activity (pHSA-BA) HB surface (HBsAg) particles present ELISA method using horseradish peroxidase-labelled after fixation HBsAg on an anti-HBs-coated well polystyrene microplates. In HBeAg-positive group, pHSA-BA sera 40 asymptomatic carriers 2 chronic persistent hepatitis (CPH) patients were higher than those 8 active (CAH) (p< 0.01) liver cirrhosis 0.05). On contrary, anti-HBe-positive group 17 3 CPH lower CAH (p<0.005) 10 patient 0.005). both-negative carrier also that acute exacerbation HBsAg-positive elevated one to two months before peak S-GPT level, being correlated with DNA-polymerase activity. Because its apparent reproducibility, it is concluded low cost some advantages may have clinical utility same setting as HBeAg now used.
