摘要: The effect of interferon (IFN) treatment on serum levels pre-S antigens [pre-S(1) antigen, pre-S(2) polymerized human albumin receptor (pAR)] which are coded by the region hepatitis B virus DNA (HBV-DNA), and HBV-markers was analyzed in 23 patients with chronic B. One year after IFN treatment, 4 (Group C) became HBeAg negative. Six B) transiently HBeAg-negative, but reverted to positive. Thirteen A) remained All HBsAg-positive. Initiation rapidly followed reduction or loss DNA-P whether negative positive, transaminase (S-GPT) normal not treatment. Group C patients, whom decreased during disappeared before S-GPT normalized, one Anti-pAR detected three out these patients. In contrast, A slowly did disappear spite those being for DNA-P, positive elevated almost undetectable. These results suggest that testing is more useful determining prognosis treated than HBsAg, DNA-P.
