摘要: Introduction: Pericarditis is a potential complication of catheter-based percutaneous epicardial mapping and ablation. This study evaluates the efficacy safety intrapericardial instillation anti-inflammatory agents after pericardial ablation in porcine model postprocedural pericarditis. Methods Results: Twenty-five healthy swine underwent transthoracic subxyphoid puncture. After 60 minutes continuous catheter manipulation space, radiofrequency energy was delivered linear fashion to surfaces both atria. The animals were randomly divided receive agents, Hyaluronic Acid Triamcinolone, or control. Fourteen days ablation, hearts excised degree reaction/adhesions scored. severity uniformly graded 4 (intense) all control characterized by intense adhesion between parietal visceral pericardium obscuring tissue planes anatomy. provided mild benefit (score 3.0 ± 0.9), but 2 mg/kg Triamcinolone significantly attenuated inflammatory effect (all scored 1.0). Conclusion: In ablation-related pericarditis, intermediate-acting corticosteroids effectively prevents post-procedure formation.
