摘要: We examined expression of syndecan-1 in squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) tongue using immunohistochemistry. Forty-three cases SCC arising lateral border were investigated. From the immunohistochemical staining pattern, divided into two groups based on at supra-peripheral cells tumor nest: Group A, completely or mainly positive; B, sporadically positive negative. Most poorly differentiated classified B (81.8%). The number T1-2 was different from that T3-4. where reduced much greater T3-4, and represented majority (86.7%). More than 80% Grade 4D (83.3%) Yamamoto-Kohama criteria. These results indicate reduction correlates to histological grade, size mode invasion SCC.
