摘要: Abstract The hydroxynitrile lyase (HNL)-catalyzed addition of HCN to aldehydes is the most important synthesis non-racemic cyanohydrins. Since now not only ( R )-PaHNL from almonds available in unlimited amounts, but recombinant S )-HNLs cassava (MeHNL) and rubber tree (HbHNL) are also giga units, large-scale productions cyanohydrins have become possible. synthetic potential chiral for stereoselective preparation biologically active compounds has been developed during last 15 years.
