摘要: Cryostat-and vibratome-cut sections of rat kidneys were singly or doubly labeled to visualize immunoreactive tyrosine hydroxylase (THI), dopamine beta-hydroxylase (DBHI), vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIPI), and neuropeptide Y (NPYI). Rats perfusion fixed with 2-4% paraformaldehyde without 0.15% picric acid rinsed in buffer for 18-48 hr.
