摘要: Abstract The performance of microwave-assisted fluidized bed drying soybeans was simulated (using a previously validated mathematical model) and analyzed based on the first- second law thermodynamics. energy exergy analysis were carried out for several conditions. effects inlet air temperature, microwave power density, thickness velocity efficiencies inefficiencies process have been discussed. Generally, application during enhanced efficiency process. However, results showed that it more efficient not to apply at first stage higher levels temperature led in efficiencies. values mean relative deviations predictions less than 14%, compared with those calculated using experimental data.
