摘要: Abstract Thermoelectric properties such as the figure of merit Z and temperature distribution in sample have been measured by Harman method. The efficiency thermoelectric materials is characterized , which has long believed to be a specific material constant. However, accurate measurements reveal that largely dependent on size, non-linear appears stationary state material. We describe experimental results anomalous observed primarily (Bi,Sb) 2 Te 3 then conclude not constant, but must defined physical quantity size position It also pointed out obtained are important for improving practical applications.
