摘要: Intramuscular lipomas are considered a rare type of benign lipomas. They usually located deeper and less palpable than subcutaneous A painful presentation with no mass will make clinical diagnosis difficult; in these cases, further imaging should be considered. Only small number cases intramuscular present pain; the supraspinatus deltoid muscles. To authors' knowledge, there have been previous reports involving infraspinatus muscle. This article describes case lipoma uniquely muscle presenting shoulder pain. 49-year-old woman presented 2 months left There was history preceding trauma. Pain aggravated by lying on hand behind back similar to Crass position. On physical examination, her joint range motion slightly decreased. Simple radiography showed significant abnormality, but ultrasonography revealed hyperechogenic within focal tenderness over mass, definite palpation not possible. Magnetic resonance well-circumscribed, homogeneous lesion measuring 43 × 28 16 mm muscle, leading lipoma. Her pain improved medication, suprascapular nerve block, steroid injections. Finally, surgical intervention done confirmed specimen. After excision, resolved.
