摘要: Abstract Static planning of the expansion electrical energy transmission systems consists determining, among a pre-defined set candidate circuits, which ones must be built to minimize operational costs (deficit) and investment in system, supplying predicted demand for horizon. Considering this problem, proposed methodology uses Constructive Heuristic Algorithm (CHA) identify most relevant route from routes reduce search space and, consequently, increase efficiency bio-inspired particle swarm process. Therefore, is divided into two stages: (i) obtaining reduced using CHA decrease without losing paths; (ii) optimization heuristic information first stage find minimum cost system. In both stages, system represented by linearized load flow model, where decisions are incorporated problem original equations DC model. The was applied Garver real equivalent South Southeast Brazil, can verified.
