摘要: Changes in farming practices over the past century have had negative influence on farmland biodiversity. Organic excludes most agrochemicals, such as inorganic fertilisers and synthetic pesticides, can be an alternative to conventional farming. A recent meta-analysis indicates that there is average 30% higher species richness organically managed compared conventionally farmland. There are, however, large variation between organism groups, with a positive plants pollinators possibly predators birds, but less insufficient knowledge for other groups. Using more formal experimental design, focusing understudied groups aspects of biodiversity, genetic ecosystem diversity, evaluating effects rare would advance our knowledge. The yield reduction under organic farming, resulting land needed produce same amount, could offset some biodiversity benefits Agricultural landscapes are both used food agricultural products habitat biodiversity.Agricultural intensification, increased use agrochemical, mechanisation, crop breeding conversion land, threat biodiversity.Organic aimed at management agrochemical use.Organic results around farming. The vary owing their ecological traits. The effect modified by landscape heterogeneity, intensity time since farming. There remaining gaps about how combine production conservation.
