摘要: Non-growing cells of the K-1 strain Streptococcus mutans, subjected to influences certain alcohols, chlorhexidine, fluoride or combinations these factors, released varying amounts both potassium and phosphate on incubation at pH 5.8. The caused greater leakages than did each factor when used singly. Propanol enhanced influence chlorhexidine cellular content accumulation. After pretreatment with one more substances, were less able produce acid during fermentation sucrose, especially propanol was in pretreatment. The reduction enamel solubility that obtained through a sodium not altered by together fluoride.
