摘要: A new human ovarian carcinoma cell line, designated OMC-3, was established from the mucinous cystadenocarcinoma of a 59-year-old woman. This line has grown well for 65 months and been subcultured more than 50 times. Monolayer-cultured cells are polygonal in shape, showing pavement-like arrangement tendency to pile up without contact inhibition. The chromosomal number shows aneuploidy modal is hypodiploid range. were transplanted into subcutis nude mice produced tumors resembling original tumor.
