摘要: Many studies have implicated that microRNAs (miRNAs), as non-coding RNAs, play important roles in the development and progression of colorectal cancer (CRC). However, little is known about role a newly identified miRNA, miR-6869-5p, CRC. We aim to investigate modifying effects underlying mechanisms miR-6869-5 carcinogenesis progression. Significantly reduced levels miR-6869-5p were observed both serum exosomes tumor tissue samples from patients with The prediction targets databases targetscan, microRNA. ORG miRDBA revealed toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) potential target for this miRNA. MiR-6869-5p could inhibit cell proliferation production inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α IL-6) CRC cells via directly targeting TLR4. protective effect was dependent on TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway. In addition, 3-year survival poor among decreased exosomes. Thus, may serve suppressor CRC, exosomal promising circulating biomarker prognosis.
