摘要: Abstract The tenth known patient with bilateral renal cortical necrosis to survive is reported. In addition this unusual lesion, the also manifested malignant hypertension and probable pituitary insufficiency. significance of these two complications discussed. Detailed descriptions, including first electron microscopic findings biopsy specimens, are presented.
