摘要: Using routine liver function tests, cholestasis of pregnancy was diagnosed in 86 pregnant women with pruritus. Serum aminotransferase levels were elevated all cases, ASAT 99%, and ALAT 100%. In these patients serum concentrations cholic, chenodeoxycholic, deoxycholic acid determined using a gas chromatographic method compared those group 40 uncomplicated pregnancies. Of bile acids, cholic most frequently elevated, ie, 92% the patients. The frequency elevation alkaline phosphatase, total conjugated bilirubin lower. Thus, it appears that addition to concentration is sensitive indicator pregnancy. series divided into 3 subgroups increasing severity as assessed by maternal levels, occurrence signs fetal distress between subgroups. only intrauterine loss belonged severe group. incidence meconium-stained amniotic fluid also increased significantly this group, 21 24 cases other groups moderate cholestasis.
