摘要: This review addresses the many ways that hyperbaric oxygen (HBO_{2}) has been found to mitigate immune reactions, of which are involved in rejection allograft transplants, and thus offers a rationale for its possible use as an adjunct help preserve protect transplanted tissues. Rejection may involve both immunological reactions lymphoid system, or lymphoid-independent damage from trauma other factors, including reperfusion injury. Lymphoid-induced involves cellular elements such CD4 macrophage cell types, well proinflammatory inhibitory cytokines. Cytokines TNFs interleukins activate T-cells macrophages, resulting endothelial consequences. The immunosuppressive effects HBO_{2} include suppression autoimmune symptoms, decreased production IL-1 cells, increased percentage absolute number CD8 cells. normalizes cell-bound immunity decreases serum concentration complexes. Studies have shown MHC class I expression be altered when cultures were exposed HBO_{2}, so become undetectable by monoclonal antibodies cytotoxic T lymphocytes. used support replanted rabbit ear grafts, spinal cord tissue dislocated young permanent teeth children, replanting fingers, free fibula reconstruction segmental mandibular resections, autogenous bone transplantations cornea, liver transplants. In addition specific on improves oxygenation, reduces radical during reperfusion, maintains marginally ischemic tissue, accelerates wound healing. These properties make promising intervention tested transplantation recipients.
