摘要: Rat GH-releasing factor (rGRF) stimulated GH release and intracellular cAMP accumulation in cultured rat anterior pituitary cells with EC50 values of approximately 10 150 pm, respectively. Consistent an effect on cellular levels, rGRF the adenylate cyclase activity membranes value 60 pm.
