摘要: The presence of circulating tumor cells (CTC) in blood has been reported by morphological examination. Owing to the recent development molecular and biological techniques, can be detected bone marrow. reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method is usually performed detect CTC [1]. Although tiny cancer are also lymph nodes, contrast node micrometastasis, it strongly suspected that may related hematogenous metastasis or recurrence. In this article, we reviewed methodology detection, clinical signifi cance, problems, perspective esophageal squamous cell (ESCC), including other cancers.
