摘要: Abstract This paper provides the most extensive appraisal yet of methods for valuing business travel time savings. From both theoretical and empirical perspectives, we review traditional Cost Savings Approach (CSA), which has long been dominant in practice worldwide, alongside its main rivals, namely Hensher Equation (HE) Willingness-To-Pay (WTP) approach. We conclude that CSA does not provide a suitable basis The HE WTP approach do tell same story terms absolute values or variations according to key factors, but it is clear more appropriate.
