摘要: A new HPLC assay technique for monoamines and their metabolites, using a controlled potential coulometric detector equipped with dual working electrode cell of fully porous graphite through which the samples flow, is described in comparison classical amperometric glassy carbon electrode. Different potentials can be applied at each to improve sample resolution detection sensitivity. The signal-to-noise ratio (s/n) calculated similar conditions was 10 times lower than one. dual-coulometric does not undergo daily decay or variation, needs no particular care preparation. It therefore possible achieve stable routine sensitivity range fmol. This has been assaying precursors metabolites by direct injection clear supernatant after centrifugation determination catecholamine turnover rat pineal gland neuro- adenohypophysis purified Al2O3 adsorption.
