摘要: Studies were undertaken to evaluate the effect of certain dopamine (DA) agonists and antagonists on DA metabolite concentrations in rat striatum, with special regard 3-methoxytyramine (3-MT). Quipazine, nomifensine piribedil act as dopaminergic agonist drugs. However piribedil, which is a receptor agonist, reduced all 3 metabolites considered, while produced an increase, quipazine caused early rise 3-MT followed by lowering concentration dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) homovanillic (HVA). Haloperidol clozapine are both antagonists. Haloperidol, blocks receptors, increase formation raised DOPA HAV but not 3-MT. The importance simultaneous determination these discussed relation evaluation mechanism action drugs - more generally acting system.
