摘要: Background Dementia with Lewy bodies is one of the most prevalent dementia diagnoses. However, differential diagnosis between bodies, Alzheimer's disease, and Parkinson's disease can still be very difficult given overlap in neuropathology, clinical presentation, cognitive, neuroanatomical changes. Method A literature review was conducted using PubMed. Results Implications Accurate crucial order to more accurately predict progression negative side effects from pharmacological treatment.
