摘要: Superconductors are considered in view of applications to atom chip devices. The main features magnetic traps based on superconducting wires the Meissner and mixed states discussed. former state may mainly be interesting for improved optics, while latter, cold atoms provide a probe superconductor phenomena. properties side guide single strip wire placed an external field calculated analytically numerically. In type II superconductors, inhomogeneous trapped flux, relaxation processes noise caused by vortex motion posing specific challenges trapping.
