摘要: Annular rupture is an umbrella term covering different procedural-related injuries that may occur in the region of aortic root and left ventricular outflow tract during transcatheter valve replacement. According to anatomical location injury, there are 4 main types: supra-annular, intra-annular, subannular, combined rupture. a rare, unpredictable, potentially fatal complication. It can be treated successfully if it immediately recognized adequately managed. The type therapy depends on annular nature clinical manifestations. Treatment approaches include conventional cardiac procedure, isolated pericardial drainage, conservative therapy.
