摘要: Using institutional data on race-specific college enrollment and completion, I examine whether minority students were less likely to enroll in a four-year public or receive degree following statewide affirmative action ban. As previous studies, find that black Hispanic dropped at the top institutions; however, there is little evidence overall universities fell. Finally, despite fewer blacks Hispanics graduated from ban, effects graduation rates are very noisy.
