摘要: Abstract Inflammation response and oxidative stress play important roles in acute lung injury (ALI). Activation of the cAMP/protein kinase A (PKA) signaling pathway may attenuate ALI by suppressing immune responses inhibiting generation reactive oxygen species (ROS). Hydroxysafflor yellow (HSYA) is a natural flavonoid compound that reduces inflammatory cytokine-mediated damage. In this study, we examined whether HSYA could protect lungs from oleic acid (OA)-induced injury, which was used to mimic ALI, determined role cAMP/PKA process. Arterial tension (PaO 2 ), carbon dioxide tension, pH, PaO /fraction inspired ratio blood were detected using gas analyzer. We measured wet/dry weight evaluated tissue morphology. H-89 these effects. significantly antioxidant enzymes, inhibited via activation, attenuated OA-induced injury. Our results show required for protective effect against ALI.
