摘要: Aims To observe the ventricular global and regional function of patients with systemic amyloidosis using two-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography. Methods The study enrolled 31 consecutive biopsy-proved who underwent echocardiographic examination EF ≥ 55% 37 age- gender-matched healthy controls. We compared systolic strain rate, diastolic time to peak strain, delay in longitudinal, radial, circumferential directions 16 left segments. The longitudinal radial ventricle, rate right free wall were also compared. Results (1) Global (GPSLS), (PSLS) (PSLSR), early (PELSR) segments decreased case (P < 0.05). (2) Peak inferoseptum inferolateral at level papillary muscle lower (P < 0.05), (PERSR) was reduced (3) (4) Time longer, same retarded (5) Into wall, PSLS PSLSR mid-segment, PSLSR, PELSR, atrial (PALSR) basal (6) Inverse correlation between interventricular septum (IVS) thickness GPSLS GPSRS found (P < 0.05). Conclusion Systolic dysfunction existed preserved EF. Mechanical contraction disorder may be one reason for dysfunction. GPLSR GPRSR negatively related IVS thickness.
