摘要: Transcriptomes were analyzed for two related hyperthermophilic archaeal species, the piezophilic Thermococcus barophilus strain MP and piezosensitive kodakarensis KOD1 subjected to high hydrostatic pressures. A total of 378 genes differentially expressed in T. cells grown at 0.1, 40 70 MPa, whereas 141 regulated 0.1 25 MPa. In under stress conditions (0.1 MPa), 178 upregulated distributed among three clusters orthologous groups (COG): energy production conversion (C), inorganic ion transport metabolism (P) carbohydrate (G), 156 downregulated among: amino acid (E), replication, recombination repair (L) nucleotide (F). The expression was (25 MPa); 71 belong COG: (E) transcription (K), are associated with (L), coenzyme (H) defense mechanisms (V).
