摘要: In this paper we present a novel algorithm for optimizing the use of Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL) in power distribution systems. The wide and effective environmental energy saving benefits using CFLs will not be obtained unless comprehensive pattern is developed replacing them with traditional incandescent Lamps.
