Power quality considerations of heavy loads of CFL on distribution system

摘要: In This paper a new methodology for determining the influence of heavy loads from compact florescent lamps (CFLs) on distribution system is introduced. Thirty eight samples, consisting 10 CFL in each sample were selected practical test 15,000 hours operation to determine lamps' performance. New comparison indices introduced rank CFLs depending power and consumers requirements. A actual simulation model PSIM computer program used study quality different loading CFLs. The interacts with variation supply voltage due drop series impedance feeders transformers. Simulation results show that affected by high loads.
