摘要: ABSTRACTSeveral contractile mediators involved in the antigen-induced airway obstruction have been identified, but role of 5-HT (5-hydroxytryptamine or serotonin) has scantily investigated. In this work, potential allergic bronchoconstriction was evaluated through a pharmacological approach and plasma measurement blood samples from right left ventricles anesthetized guinea-pigs. Intravenous caused dose-dependent increase lung resistance anesthetized, nonsensitized guinea pigs.
