摘要: An increasing number of studies support the presence stem-like cells in human malignancies. These are primarily responsible for tumor initiation and thus considered as a potential target to eradicate tumors. CD133 has been identified an important cell surface marker enrich population various However, biological function protein remains unknown. In this study, we observed no significant effects on proliferation migration overexpressed U87MG glioblastoma cells. It is reported that MAPK/Erk was constitutively activated positive liver cancer stem cell. To find out possible mechanism between Erk phosphorylation, performed study evaluate level phosphorylation We found overexpression significantly Erk, which suggested involved activation pathway.
