摘要: Observed phases and transition temperatures in mixtures of poly(ethylene oxide) sodium thiocyanate (PEO–NaSCN) are described by a binary phase diagram. The components this system semicrystalline PEO which can dissolve salt up to mole fraction Xs=0.023, crystalline complex composition PEO3.5NaSCN (Xcc=0.22). salt‐deficient component is normally formed eutectic reaction with temperature Te=63 °C. Conductivity PEO–NaSCN calculated assuming that only ions the amorphous, liquidlike regions contribute charge transport. This model predicts positive discontinuity conductivity on melting, sharp maximum at low concentrations, agreement observed behavior.
