Construct Validity of Fear of Commitment as an Indicator of Career Indecisiveness

摘要: This study investigated the validity of Fear Commitment Scale as an indicator vocational indecisiveness in three samples (a total 593 college students). Results indicated that fear commitment was strongly correlated both with other indices career decisional problems and progress measures psychological maladjustment. Mean FOCS scores increased monotonically number major changes. The construct potential utility are discussed.
