摘要: Spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid fistulae from the subarachnoid space into middle ear cavity may be classified as perilabyrinthine or translabyrinthine. The very rare group, through bony defects close to but not involving labyrinth, usually have normal hearing initially. commoner translabyrinthine group are nearly always associated with anacusis, severe labyrinthine dysplasia and a route via internal auditory meatus. deformity is more than type classically described by Mondini, evidence of dilated cochlear aqueduct in these cases also unconvincing.
