摘要: A method of manufacturing a high-strength austenitic stainless bolt having tensile strength 1100 MPa or more on an industrial mass-production basis. The steel according to the present invention comprises steps offorming lubricant coating surface wire material obtain lubricated material; cold forming within degree-of-working range from 0.5 1.5 as defined in natural logarithmic value working distortion such that head portion is bulged result axial compression formed and threaded part extruded under said radially compressed; then subjecting form rolling, being free exfoliation destruction at degree range.
