摘要: Glasses from the CaO-TiO2-P2O5 system have potential use in biomedical applications. Here a method for sol-gel synthesis of ternary glass (CaO)(0.25)(TiO2)(0.25)(P2O5)(0.5) has been developed. The structures dried gel and heat-treated were studied using high-energy X-ray diffraction. structure binary (TiO2)(0.5)(P2O5)(0.5) was comparison. results reveal that based on chains rings PO4 tetrahedra, held together by combination electrostatic interaction with Ca2+ ions corner-sharing oxygen atoms TiO6 octahedra. In contrast, isolated P2O7 units linked groups. suggest both gels possess open porous structures. For sample there is significant increase Ca-O coordination number heat treatment.
