摘要: Abstract This chapter presents the preliminary results of a phenomenographic study aimed at exploring people’s experience information literacy during 2011 flood in Brisbane, Queensland. Phenomenography is qualitative, interpretive and descriptive approach to research that explores different ways which people various phenomena situations world around them. In this study, semi-structured interviews with seven adult residents Brisbane suggested six categories depicted experienced natural disaster. Access timely, accurate credible disaster can save lives, safeguard property, reduce fear anxiety; however very little currently known about citizens’ times Understanding how use learn crisis new terrain for community research, one warrants further attention by emergency management sector.
