摘要: ABSTRACTIt is essential that health professionals are trained to provide optimal care for our ageing population. There limited evidence on impact an education (IPE) placement residential aged facility (RACF) has students. In 2015 Western Australia, 51 students (30% male, median age 23 years), from seven professions, undertook between 2 13 weeks length at 1 RACF. Pre- post-placement measurements of attitudes elderly were collected using Ageing Semantic Differential (ASD) questionnaire level readiness learning Readiness Interprofessional Learning Scale (RIPLS).
