摘要: A multidimensional assessment of activity and subjective well-being based on a cognitive model event causation was tested in sample 60 older adults. Activity conceptualized as involving the occurrence an event, presence or absence response to that hedonic tone outcome transaction. Events were categorized whether environment individual initiated them: demands desires, respectively. Well-being having two independent components, positive negative, assessed by negative mood scales general quality-of-life scales. Analyses showed adults who responsive events reported more well-being, but high responding also associated with aspects well-being. Demands interacted desire outcome; affective outcomes desired actions significantly influenced demand events. Results are interpreted expanded theory.
