摘要: Sixty-six outpatients with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) filled in a life event questionnaire reflecting positive and negative events perceived to have occurred over the past year. The difference glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C) measures obtained before after 1-year period question (Delta-HbA1C) served as proxy measure of change metabolic control. Among males, those reporting predominantly showed poorer control than few or none. females, greater number reported, especially ones, for better HbA1C year studied. These results suggest that may be significant diabetes. This only becomes apparent, however, when two genders are analyzed separately, various relationships found one sex lacking even opposite other sex. findings also importance diabetic learning both relative lack preponderance well events.
