摘要: Occupational stress and Job satisfaction both indicate people appraisal towards the workplace work it. Thus, it is important to have valid measure of job occupational stress. This also in Nepalease teaching context. preliminary study established internal consistency using Cronbach alpha values for instruments. In addition this, article investigates relationship between teacher facets with particular reference corporate, Higher Secondary School Nepal.
