摘要: Objectives To evaluate the relationship of elevated day 10 P levels (≥1.1ng/mL, conversion factor to SI unit, 3.18) during ovarian reserve screening and reproductive performance. Design Prospective with longitudinal follow-up. Interventions One hundred seven women underwent a clomiphene citrate challenge test. Main Outcome Measures Serum FSH, LH, E 2 were determined on cycle 3 10. A fertility evaluation was completed treatment plan instituted. Results : Twenty-two 107 (20.6%) had ≥1.1ng/mL. Women similar in age normal (≤0.9ng/mL) but significantly shorter menstrual cycles, higher FSH levels, LH than levels. During hyperstimulation, required more ampules hMG, lower peak fewer mature follicles level. Sixteen 85 (18.8%) became pregnant, none 22 pregnant. The incidence diminished (13/22; 59%) when compared (9/85; 10.6%). Conclusions Elevated (≥1.1ng/mL) is associated correlates parameters short follicular phase poor
